  • 12 frozen fish fingers*
  • ½ cup (125mL) reduced fat milk
  • 1¼ cups (310mL) water
  • 1 teaspoon Flora® Salt Reduced Spread
  • 1 packet Continental® Four Cheeses Pasta & Sauce
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 bunch whole baby carrots, trimmed

Step 1: Cook fish fingers as directed on pack.
Step 2: Meanwhile, bring milk, water and Flora® to the boil.  Add Pasta & Sauce pack contents, stir until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens and pasta is cooked.
Step 3: Boil, steam or microwave peas and carrots, until tender.
Step 4: Serve fish fingers with Four Cheeses Pasta & Sauce, peas and carrots.
