Offer is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who purchase any specially marked pack of Continental Side Dish from a participating outlet. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating Video Ezy stores and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to participate.
Offer opens 01/05/08 and closes on 16/02/09 ("Promotional Period").
To receive the voucher simply purchase any specially marked pack of Continental Side Dish from a participating outlet during the Promotional Period. Cut out the voucher from the specially marked pack and present that original voucher at any participating Video Ezy store, during the Promotional Period, to receive one (1) free rental of a weekly movie (all 7 night DVD rentals) valued at up to $3.50, depending upon location. Voucher must be surrendered when redeeming offer. Offer excludes games.
Participation is limited to one claim per member per day. Only the original vouchers from specially marked packs of Continental Side Dish will be accepted.
Redemption of voucher is subject to being a Video Ezy Member. Standard Video Ezy membership conditions including normal membership, rental and full price late fee conditions apply. Redemption of voucher is subject to all participating Video Ezy stores standard terms of trade. The Promoter and Video Ezy reserve the right to verify the validity of claims, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserve the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process, or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the gift value. Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows that person redeeming this offer repeatedly is prohibited and will render all redemptions submitted from that source and by that person invalid.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with taking the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
