Continental Nutrish Meal Soups are a quick and tasty meal for two. Just add water in a saucepan with the soup mix and in 15 mins you will have yourself 700g of delicious and nutritious soup. Continental Nutrish Pump It Up soup is packed with flavoursome ingredients like rice, lentils, pumpkin and sweet potato. Continental Nutrish Pump It Up soup is also vegetarian friendly, a good source of fibre, a source of protein and has health star rating of 4. Vegetables (44%) [pumpkin powder (12.5%), sweet potato powder (10.5%), potato flakes (contain sulphites), carrot powder, onion (pieces, powder), garlic powder], rice (15.5%), lentils (15.5%) (whole, flour), sugar, maltodextrin, sour cream powder, cream powder, salt, vegetable oil, yeast extract, corn starch, skim milk powder, spices (black pepper, coriander seed), chives. Contains naturally occurring glutamates.

How to use

1. Empty soup mix into a saucepan with 670ml of cold water, mix well. 2. Bring to the boil, stirring. 3. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
