  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
  • 90 g packet Continental Pasta Aged Cheddar Parmesan & Chives
  • 1 cup (250mL) water
  • 3/4 cup (190mL) milk
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella or pizza cheese

Chicken Boscaiola Bakes
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes until browned.

  2. Add pasta pack contents, water and milk. Bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 14 minutes. Stir through spinach.

  3. Divide pasta mixture between 2 x 2 cup capacity ( or 1 x 4 cup capacity) ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and golden brown.
