  • 400 g skinless chicken breast, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 pack Continental Alfredo with Garlic & Herb Pasta & Sauce Value Pack
  • 1¼ cups (310 ml) reduced fat milk
  • 1 cup (250ml) water
  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 3 tablespoons toasted pine nuts

Garlic & Herb Alfredo Recipe with Chicken & Spinach
  1. Brown chicken in a little olive oil.

  2. Add Pasta & Sauce, milk and water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

  3. Stir through spinach until wilted and sprinkle with pine nuts.
