Use a pie maker and our Continental Macaroni Cheese for a new delicious filling mac'n'cheese meal for now or allow to cool, store in the fridge and pop into the lunchbox for tomorrow.

  • 170 g packet Continental Pasta & Sauce Macaroni Cheese - Family Pack
  • 1 cup (250mL) hot water
  • 1 cup (250mL) milk
  • 1 tablespoon semi-salted 100% vegetable oil margarine spread
  • oil spray, to grease
  • 12 slices double smoked ham
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
  • snipped chives, to garnish
  • mixed salad leaves, to serve

  1. Place pasta packet contents, water, milk and margarine into saucepan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Transfer to a large heatproof mixing bowl. Set aside and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Stir in eggs and cheese.

  2. Meanwhile preheat Sunbeam Pie Magic® pie maker ( or another brand deep capacity 4 hole pie maker). Spray holes with oil spray.

  3. Place three slices of ham into the base of each pie maker hole. Divide macaroni mixture amongst ham cases. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and set. Transfer to serving plates. Garnish with chives and serve with salad.
