Little Cottage Pies
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 minutes until browned. Stir in thawed frozen vegetables, tomatoes, recipe base mix and ½ cup (125mL) boiling water. Bring to the boil, stirring. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low and then simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile prepare Cheesy Mash with hot milk and remaining 1 ¼ cups (310mL) boiling water following packet directions.

  4. Divide mince mixture among four 1 ½ cup (375mL) capacity ovenproof dishes. Place dishes onto a large baking tray. Top with mash. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
