  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 packet Continental Soup French Onion Salt Reduced
  • 500 g chicken tenderloins
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Preheat oven to 200 degree celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • 2 Mix together panko crumbs and Soup Mix.
  • 3 Dip each piece of chicken in egg and then breadcrumb mix, place on baking tray. Repeat until all chicken is coated.
  • 4 Spray or brush with a little oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until crisp and cooked through.
