  • 1 tablespoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 4 x 150 g scotch fillet steaks, trimmed
  • 1 Continental Superb Stock Beef Stock Pot
  • 1 1. Mix together black pepper and cornflour.
  • 2 2. Spread each steak with Stock Pot then press each steak into pepper mixture.
  • 3 3. Heat oil in a fry pan and fry steaks until cooked to your liking.
  • 4 4. Serve with vegetables or salad.
