  • 1.2 kg chicken wing nibbles
  • 1 packet Continental Recipe Base Chilli Con Carne
  • oil spray, for greasing
  • mixed leaf salad, to serve
  • 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. (180°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
  • 2 Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Sprinkle over recipe base, toss to coat. Arrange chicken in a single layer on prepared tray. Spray well with oil.
  • 3 Bake for 40 minutes, turning chicken halfway through, or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with salad.
