Vegie Pasta Frittata

This is a very simple and tasty meal that is sure to please even the fussiest eaters. Add more veggies such as grated carrot, mushrooms, corn or beans for extra variety.

  • 1 packet Continental Pasta & Sauce Butter & Herbs - Value Pack
  • 1½ cups (375 mL) reduced-fat milk
  • 1 cup (250mL) water
  • 1 small zucchini, grated
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella or pizza cheese

  • 1 Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a 22cm cake pan with baking paper.
  • 2 Cook Pasta & Sauce following pack directions using milk and water.
  • 3 Stir through zucchini and eggs, pour into pan and arrange tomatoes evenly over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
