How to use

Just add... 500g lean minced beef 1 carrot 80g corn kernels 60g peas Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Simply... 1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a medium saucepan or frying pan and brown 500g lean minced beef. 2. Add Recipe Base, 1 cup (250mL) water and 1 diced carrot; stir to combine. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. 3. Remove cover, add ½ cup corn kernels and ½ cup peas; simmer for a further 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with sweet potato mash and green vegetables. Here's an idea... Divide Rich Beefy Mince between four individual ovenproof dishes; top with puff pastry and bake in a hot oven until crisp and golden.
