- Heat oil in a medium saucepan or frying pan and brown mince.
- Add Recipe Base, water, tomatoes and mushrooms; stir to combine. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Cook spaghetti following packet directions; drain. Combine spaghetti with bolognese mixture
- Serve topped with shaved Parmesan, oregano leaves and a tossed green salad on the side
