  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped kransky sausage
  • 2 green spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (250mL) lite milk
  • 3/4 cup (190mL) hot water
  • 100 g packet Continental Pasta & Sauce Four Cheeses
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 60 g packet baby spinach, roughly chopped
  • mixed leaf salad, to serve

Cheesy tomato, sausage & spinach pasta
  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook, stirring for 3 minutes until golden brown. Add spring onions and cook for a further 1-2 minutes or until softened.

  2. Stir in milk, water, pasta packet contents and tomato paste. Bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring regularly, for 8 minutes. Stir in cherry tomatoes and spinach and cook, stirring for a further 2 minutes. Serve with salad.
