  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon Continental Superb Stock Chicken Powder
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • olive oil spray
  • sour cream, to serve

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

  2. Place potato into a large bowl. Sprinkle with Continental stock powder and rosemary. Toss to coat. Place onto prepared tray in a single layer. Spray well with oil. Roast for 35 – 40 minutes, turning halfway, until potatoes are golden brown and tender.

  3. Serve potato wedges with sour cream.
