  • 1 x 31 g sachet Continental Takeout Temptations Chicken Kebab Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for greasing
  • 600 g lean lamb leg steaks
  • 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, quartered lengthways chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped continental parsley
  • 100 g feta, cubed
  • 2/3 cup store-bought tzatziki
  • 4 wholegrain wraps

  1. Combine seasoning mix,1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl until evenly mixed. Add lamb, toss to coat.

  2. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, parsley, feta and remaining lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl. Season to taste.

  3. Heat a barbecue, or a large heavy based non-stick frying pan, over medium-high heat. Lightly grease with a little oil. Cook lamb for 2-3 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Set aside to rest for 5 mins. Thinly slice lamb.

  4. Spread some of the tzatziki onto wrap breads. Top with tomato mixture, sliced lamb and a little more tzatziki. Wrap to enclose. Serve.
