Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

  • 250 g chopped frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 packet Continental Soup French Onion Salt Reduced
  • ¼ cup light cream
  • ¼ cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 400 g canned artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • Corn chips and carrot and celery sticks, to serve

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).

  2. Place thawed spinach into a clean tea towel or cloth, squeeze out excess moisture. Transfer to a large bowl.

  3. Add Continental Soup mix, cream, sour cream, cheese, and artichokes. Spoon into a 4-cup (1 Litre) capacity ovenproof dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden. Place dish onto a heatproof board. Serve hot with corn chips and carrot and celery sticks.
