  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 400 g lean lamb leg steak, trimmed of excess fat, thinly sliced
  • 1 pack Continental Pasta & Sauce Bacon Carbonara - Family Pack
  • 1 cup (250 ml) reduced-fat milk
  • 1¼ cups (310ml) water
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 60 g feta cheese, crumbled

  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan or frying pan over medium high heat. Add lamb and cook until browned.

  2. Add Pasta & Sauce packet contents, milk and water. Bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

  3. Stir through spinach and tomatoes at the end of cooking. Divide among serving plates, sprinkle with feta. Serve.
