Cheesy Broccoli, Pea & Ham Rice

  • 120 g packet Continental Cheesy Rice
  • 1/3 cup chopped shaved leg ham
  • 2 cups (200g) broccoli florets
  • 1 1/4 cups (310mL) hot water
  • 1/2 cup frozen baby peas
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan

  1. Place rice packet contents, ham, broccoli and water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

  2. Stir in peas. Cover and cook for a further 2 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is cooked. Remove from heat. Stir, cover and stand for 2 minutes.

  3. Divide among serving bowls. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve.
