  • 500 g beef Scotch fillet steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 bunches asparagus, or broccolini, cut into 3 cm lengths
  • 4 spring onions, trimmed, cut into 3 cm lengths

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 x 46 g sachet Continental Takeout Temptations Korean BBQ Seasoning Mix
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

  1. Heat a non-stick wok or large deep frying pan over high heat. Add 1 tbsp oil, swirl to coat. Stir-fry beef, in three batches, for 2-3 mins or until cooked to medium-rare, adding a little more oil between batches. Transfer beef to a plate, cover to keep warm.

  2. Heat remaining oil in wok over high heat. Add asparagus or broccolini, spring onion and capsicum. Stir-fry for 2 -3 mins or until vegetables are just tender.

  3. Return beef, and any juices, to pan. Add water, seasoning mix and honey. Stir fry for 2 mins or until sauce has slightly thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice.
