  • 500 g lean beef mince
  • 1 x 44 gram sachet Continental Seasoning Sensations Lebanese Koftas
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 Lebanese bread rounds,, flatbreads or wraps
  • 2 cups mixed lettuce leaves
  • 250 g grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, quartered lengthways, chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain low fat Greek-style yoghurt

  1. In a large bowl combine mince & seasoning mix. Form into eight sausages each approx. 9cm in length.

  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Pan-fry kofta for 8 mins, turning regularly, or until browned & cooked through.

  3. Serve with Lebanese bread rounds (flatbreads or wraps), mixed lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers & yoghurt.

  4. Swap beef mince for 500g lamb, turkey, pork or chicken mince.
