  • 1 Continental Stock Pot Sensations Beef Stock Pot
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 pack Continental Pasta & Sauce Macaroni Cheese - Family Pack
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 4 x 150 g Rump Steak, fat trimmed

  1. Preheat the BBQ

  2. In a small pot combine Continental Stock Pot, mustard and 1 cup (250mL) water and bring to the boil. Mix cornflour with 2 tablespoons of water to a smooth paste add to the Continental Stock Pot while stirring. Boil for 1 min until sauce thickens, remove from the heat and keep warm.

  3. Cook the Macaroni Cheese Pasta & Sauce according to pack directions. In a separate pot, cook the broccoli in boiling water for 2 mins.

  4. Place the steaks onto the hot grill and cook for 4 mins on each side. Turn the BBQ off, move the steaks to the side and leave to rest for 4 mins.

  5. Serve the steak with pasta and pour over the rich beef gravy.
