  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 400 g skinless chicken breast, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 pack Continental Pasta & Sauce Macaroni Cheese - Family Pack
  • 1 cup (250 mL) reduced-fat milk
  • 1½ cups (375mL) hot water
  • 1 x 310 g canned creamed corn
  • 1/4 cup sliced shallots or spring onions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan or fry pan and brown chicken.

  2. Add Pasta & Sauce, milk and water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

  3. Stir through corn and shallots a few minutes before the end of cooking.
