  • 1 packet Continental Soup French Onion Salt Reduced
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 500 g chicken tenderloins
  • lemon wedges, Greek yoghurt and chopped chives, to serve

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Combine Continental Soup Mix and panko breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl. Crack egg into a separate shallow bowl and lightly whisk with a fork until evenly mixed.

  3. Dip one chicken tenderloin into egg and then into breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to coat. Transfer to prepared tray. Repeat with remaining chicken.

  4. Spray chicken with oil spray. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges and combined sour cream and chives.
