  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 8 thick pork sausages or thick beef sausages
  • 1 packet Continental Cheesy Mash - Family Pack
  • 1 1/4 cups (310mL) boiling water
  • 1 cup (250mL) hot milk
  • Your favourite ready made gravy, to serve
  • fresh thyme leaves, to garnish

Easy Peasy Bangers & Mash
  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add sausages and cook for 15 minutes, turning regularly, or until browned and cooked through.

  2. Meanwhile pour packet contents in a large heatproof bowl. Add boiling water and milk. Stir with a fork until combined. Allow to stand for 30 seconds then stir again until smooth.

  3. Divide mash and sausages among serving plates. Serve with your favourite gravy and garnish with thyme leaves.
