  • 1 packet Continental Soup Chicken Noodle
  • ¼ cup apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 kg chicken wings

Sticky Asian Chicken Wings
  1. Combine Soup Mix, jam and soy sauce in a large bowl. Add chicken wings and stir to coat thoroughly and marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Place in a single layer on prepared tray. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Brush with marinade during cooking.

  3. Serve as a party snack or as a main course with stir-fried vegetables and rice.
