These chicken wings are simply delicious, so easy to make using Continental's Chilli Con Carne Recipe Base. Perfect for dinner with some salad or make a big batch as a platter for a party.

  • 1.2 kg chicken wing nibbles
  • 1 packet Continental Recipe Base Chilli Con Carne
  • oil spray, for greasing
  • 200 g mixed salad leaves, to serve

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

  2. Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Sprinkle over recipe base, toss to coat. Arrange chicken in a single layer on prepared tray. Spray well with oil.

  3. Bake for 40 minutes, turning chicken halfway through, or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with salad.
