  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 g chicken thigh fillets, diced
  • 250 g green beans, trimmed, halved
  • 1 x 34 g sachet Continental Seasoning Sensations Thai Stirfry
  • 2/3 cup (170mL) water
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashews

Thai Basil Chicken Stir-fry
  1. Heat a wok, or large non-stick frying pan, over high heat. Add oil, swirl to coat. Stir-fry chicken for 4 mins or until golden brown.

  2. Add beans. Stir-fry for a further 2 mins or until just tender.

  3. Combine seasoning mix and water. Pour over chicken mixture. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins or until sauce has thickened slightly and chicken is cooked. Add cashews, stir-fry for 30 secs. Serve with rice.
